GARBAGE
All garbage should be stowed in trash bags and dropped off at the following locations:

OIL
Waste oil can be dumped at the incinerator at Pockwood Pond, Tortola. There is no collection of oil. Oil mist be delivered in closed containers which will be returned upon request. Oil spillagešs of heavy oil should be reported to the office of Disaster Preparedness 494-4499

SEWERAGE
ALL Vessels should NOT discharge their waste within 1000 yards (1/2 mile) from shore. Vessels Without holding tanks must not pump untreated sewage "black water" in anchorages but must discharge at least 1000 yds (1/2mile) from shore. Wherever shore side facilities are provided vessels should make every effort to use these. The map on the reverse shows all the garbage sites and "no dump" zones.
